Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Depot Catering & Cleaning Supplies.
If for any reason you need to return an item, please read the information below.
Returns Period
You may return any product within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of Returned Goods
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Returned items must be in a resalable condition.
- We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or damaged unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible.
- If the error is ours, we will arrange collection or cover the cost of return.
- If the return is due to customer error (e.g. ordering the wrong item), return postage will be at your own expense.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- We will provide instructions on how to send your items back.
- Once we receive and inspect the goods, a refund or replacement will be issued as appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and checked.
