Our stock is customer-led, meaning we focus on the everyday essentials you use most. If you need something we don’t currently stock, we’ll source it quickly and add it to our regular delivery range if required.
Can I add to my order after it’s been placed?
Yes of course! If you realise you’ve forgotten something, just give us a call or send a quick message. Because we run regular delivery routes across Essex and Suffolk, we can often add items before your order goes out. Our flexible, dependable delivery service means you’re never left short of the essentials.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you are very welcome to click and collect from our Colchester depot. We’ll confirm when your order is ready, and our team will have it packed and waiting for you.
Do you deliver to my area?
Yes, we deliver daily throughout Colchester, Essex, Suffolk and surrounding areas using our own fleet and drivers. Our delivery service is designed to be dependable, flexible, and on time, every time.
If you’re based further afield, we can arrange nationwide courier delivery, so no matter where you are in most areas of the UK, we can get your supplies to you quickly.
Are you open to the public?
Yes, we are open to both trade and public customers. Our Colchester trade counter is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm for order collections and enquiries. You are very welcome to pop in to discuss your requirements and discover what we have to offer. Our friendly team are always happy to help!
