Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are shown in £ sterling and can be viewed with or without VAT using the toggle on our website.
  • Delivery charges are not included in the prices displayed unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
  • The total price payable is as shown at checkout at the time you place your order, plus any applicable VAT and delivery charges.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
  • Prices may change due to market conditions, but we will always confirm any changes before accepting your order.
  • Full payment must be received before despatch, unless you hold an authorised credit account with us.

Delivery Destinations

 

  • Nationwide delivery via APC courier to mainland England, Wales, and lowland Scotland only.
  • Local delivery in our own vehicles within a 25-mile radius of our base in Colchester, Essex.

Delivery Prices​

When you checkout, you will see delivery options and prices based on your location:

  • FREE Local Delivery: Orders over £25 (net) to all CO & IP Postcodes.
  • FREE Nationwide Delivery: Orders over £75 (net) to mainland England, Wales, and lowland Scotland.
  • Standard UK Delivery: £7.50 for orders up to 20kg (mainland UK). Additional weight may incur extra charges.

Delivery Timescales

  • Standard Delivery: Orders in stock and received before 2pm are despatched the same day for next working day delivery.
  • Items on Back Order: Will be subject to supplier lead times.  If these are longer than 2 to 3 days we will contact you to advise 
  • Wales & Lowland Scotland: Delivery may take up to 24 hours longer.
  • Express Options: Before 10:30am or 12 noon delivery upgrades are available for an additional charge (please contact us to arrange).
  • Urgent Orders: Please call us on 01206 871872 and we will arrange the fastest possible delivery.


Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange this.

  • Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition and in original packaging.
  • Returns due to customer error may be subject to a restocking fee and return carriage costs.
  • Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full, including any delivery costs, once inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving your return.
